Once you have completed your order, we will send you an email confirming that we have received it. Once we have received your order we will fulfill it and it will then be picked up by our postal service. Email the customer service team on info@ozegear.com.au if further assistance is required at any point.

When your order is SHIPPED you will receive an email with your tracking number.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated shipping time period, make sure to track your order if possible (see above). Delivery can sometimes be delayed due to customs and during holiday periods. Please contact us via info@ozegear.com.au  and we will do our best to assist with any concerns.

Delivery time is between 2-6 days. If your order has tracking, you can track your order by typing the tracking number or emailing us.

OZeGear cannot be held responsible for any custom charges made in case of international shipping. It is advisable to check the pricing guide at your local customs department if you think you may have to pay an additional fee. OZeGear  is NOT responsible for stolen/lost packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or refunding/replacing packages in these cases. The customer is responsible for filing all claims.

We gladly accept Visa and MasterCard. You also have the ability to pay via your PayPal account. At checkout, you will be given these payment options to select from.

Please take extra care to select your chosen product before purchasing as we do not accept cancellations. We may be able to change your order shipping details if your order has not yet been processed but we cannot guarantee this. To change your order the best option is to contact our customer support via email at info@ozegear.com.au 

Please take extra care when entering your delivery details as we are unable to change delivery details or resend items which have been sent to the wrong address.
